The Huế Festival will take place from June 25 to June 30, according to the Huế Monuments Conservation Centre. 

A cultural and art week with the theme “Cultural heritage with integration and development” will be a key event highlight.

Around 400 performers from 15 domestic and seven international art troupes are expected to attend.

The festival comprises a variety of events, including an art programme during the opening ceremony, a street carnival, and a music performance featuring a well-known composition by Trịnh Công Sơn.

Numerous events will be held before, during, and after the festival, such as a cuisine festival, a hot air balloon festival, Việt Nam Summer Fair 2022, and Stand-Up Paddle Board rowing competition. The events will take place in various locations along the Hương River.

The Huế Monuments Conservation Centre hopes that the Huế Festival 2022 will be a place where tourists will be able to appreciate the vibrant interaction between modernity and tradition while experiencing the cultural colours of the past.
