Due to the complicated, prolonged situation of the Covid19 epidemic and to ensure safety and comply with PPC’s epidemic prevention policy. In the afternoon of July 20, 2021 at Huong Giang Hotel Resort & Spa, Hue, HGT organized the Annual GSM in the form of online meeting.

The task of this Meeting is: Evaluate activities in 2020, propose coming year mission direction and conduct the election of BOM and BOS for the term 2021-2026.

Attending the meeting include:

– Mr.Yukio Takahashi – BOM Chairman of Huong Giang Tourist JSC.

– Mr. Johnny Fu – BOM Member, General Director of Huong Giang Tourist JSC

And other members of the BOM, BOS, BOD of the Company

Shareholders attend the meeting online through the link that is sent to each shareholder to register to attend, discuss and vote on the meeting’s contents.

Mr. Ho Van Toai – Person in charge of corporate governance, HR Manager reported to the Meeting the result of Shareholder’s Examination .Accordingly:

• Total qualified shareholders who are convened to attend the meeting according to the list of Vietnam Securities Depository finalized on June 23, 2021 as 202
• The total number of shareholders / authorized representatives of shareholders present/ attend online at the Annual General Meeting of July 20, 2021 is 9 shareholders.
• Total number of shares of shareholders / authorized representatives of shareholders present/ attend online at the meeting at the opening time is 17,791,623 shares, meeting attendance rate is 88,958%.

After 2 hours and 30 minutes of working, the Meeting completed the proposed program. The Meeting agreed to approve the Content of the Minutes and Resolution of the Annual GSM of the Company in 2021.
