tourist area and connecting with other famous historical relic and
scenery southwest of Hue forming an interesting and diverse
tourist point (Ngu
Tay, Thuy An 5km from Hue City). Scale of project: land area:
7.3ha; Total Investment Capital: 20-30 billion Vietnamese Dongs;
Basic
services: To build a museum of Vietnamese farming tools with
typical Hue farming tools thus creating new tourist products for
preservation and introduction of working life and activities in
Vietnamese countryside in general and in Hue in particular,
through historical periods and traditional skills of the farmers.
Form of investment: joint ventures in cooperation with home and
foreign investors participating in pooling investment capital with
Huong Giang Tourist Company for establishment of a new legality
for Project’s implementation.
